“Navigating Conflict with Confidence”
Hearing the word conflict often raises eyebrows and causes one to tense up and prepare to defend. But it doesn't have to be that way.
Studies show that high trust teams are better equipped to engage in productive conflict where team members feel safe to voice differing opinions and disagree without the fear of retaliation.
During our time together, one will learn practical strategies to promote healthy conflict by fostering trust and accountability so that we can turn disagreement into opportunities for growth.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Bring awareness to the differences between healthy and unhealthy conflict
- Recognize and address the fear of conflict and how to shift fear to healthy dialogue
- Understand the role trust and lack of trust plays within organizations and conflict
- Build a trust centered approach to conflict resolution using Henry Cloud's five trust factors
- Learn practical strategies to engage in healthy productive conflict
